U.S. Citizen Services
The American Citizens Services (ACS) unit of the Calgary Consular Section provides information and assistance to American citizens in the provinces of Alberta, Saskatchewan and Manitoba as well as the Northwest Territories. Lost or stolen passports can be reported by faxing form DS-64 to 403-263-2241 or e-mailing the form to usconsulatecalgary@state.gov.
For Americans in need of legal assistance, they may choose to consult a list of attorneys who reside in the consular district, and who are believed to be qualified to perform legal services on behalf of U.S. citizens or firms.

Please note that appointments are required for all non-emergency citizen services. After you have reviewed the instructions for your application, you may book an appointment.
